By booking services or enrolling in courses through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Deposits
All appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if cancellation occurs within the required notice period.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or full-service charge.
3. Course Enrollment
Course registrations are confirmed upon payment.
All educational materials are for personal professional use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced.
4. Refund Policy
Salon services are non-refundable once completed.
Digital courses and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, course materials, videos, and training systems are the intellectual property of FADI NASR LUXURY STYLE & BPRO Trainer and may not be used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
